This article will go through how to add your screen to your ScreenCloud account.

Please note to also review or adjust your licenses while making changes to your screen count. Licenses account for the total amount of screens that will be charged during your billing cycles. You can click here to learn more about managing licenses with ScreenCloud.
1. Adding a screen
1.1. Visit the app store on the device you have connected to your television and search for "ScreenCloud Signage". Select this app and download it to your device that is connected to your television/display.
1.2. Once the ScreenCloud app has loaded on your device, you'll see a pairing code on your screen that displays. When you have this, open https://screencloud.com on your laptop or PC and sign up for a ScreenCloud account (if you haven't already).
1.3. Once you’ve signed up, you can choose First Screen (if you haven't paired any devices) or Add screen by visiting https://studio.screencloud.com/screens. Enter your pairing code from the previous step and that’s it! You can now run content to the device you've paired and control the content from any location in the world.
If it is your first time signing into the subscription you will be greeted with the following options for adding your first screen. Please note, you do not need a physical television display to get started with pairing and testing use cases for the ScreenCloud platform.
If you select "No, I don't have a screen", you can begin exploring options for ways to pair a device.
Once you have a 6-character pairing code, you can continue to connect this with your ScreenCloud account.
2. Deleting or deactivating a screen
2.1. Visit the “Screens” section of your account and click on the three horizontal dots for the settings drop-down menu for your screen.
2.2. Select “Delete” and you’ll be prompted to delete the screen from your account.
Please note, you'll be prompted with an option to either deactivate your screens temporarily or delete them fully to remove your licenses. Deactivating allows you to store the screen data until a later date while deleting a screen permanently deletes the screen data from your account. If you're opting to delete your screens, you can also provide us feedback as to why you're looking to no longer use the service.
