This article will go through how to use the ScreenCloudOS Recovery mode, how to factory reset your Station P1, how to clear user data, how to clear the environment, how to view your network configuration, and how to reboot your Station P1.

Section I: How to Navigate Through ScreenCloudOS Recovery Mode

 

In order to navigate through ScreenCloudOS Recovery mode, you will need an attachable keyboard and mouse.

 

1.1. To select your preferences, use the arrow keys on your keyboard, and when ready, select "Enter" to confirm which command you would like to execute.

 

1.2. If you would like to go back, select "Ctrl + C" on your keyboard.

Section II: How to Enter into ScreenCloudOS Recovery Mode on Your Station P1

 

To enter into "ScreenCloudOS Recovery" mode;

2.1. First, locate a keyboard and mouse, and connect it to your Station P1.

 

2.2. Next, power off and on your Station P1. As your device begins to reboot and you see the ScreenCloud loading sign, immediately select "Ctrl + Alt + R" on your keyboard simultaneously.

The device will reboot and then load into "ScreenCloudOS Recovery" mode.

 

2.3. To exit "ScreenCloudOS Recovery" mode, select "Reboot" by pressing enter on your keyboard.

Section III: How to Clear User Data on Your Station P1

 

Clearing your data is similar to clearing the cache. This will allow you to wipe all of the information and configurations on your Station P1. To do so;

3.1. Enter into "ScreenCloudOS Recovery" mode by following the steps in section 2.

 

3.2. By using your keyboard, locate the "Clear User Data" option and select "OK" by pressing enter on your keyboard.

3.3. You will then be asked to re-confirm your request if you want to clear your user data. Go ahead and select "Yes" by pressing enter on your keyboard.

Section IV: How to Clear the Environment on Your Station P1

 

4.1. Enter into the "ScreenCloudOS Recovery" mode by following the steps in section 2.

 

4.2. By using your keyboard, locate the "Clear Environment" option and select "OK" by pressing enter on your keyboard.

4.3. You will then be asked to re-confirm if you want to clear the environment. Go ahead and select "Yes" by pressing enter on your keyboard.

Section V: How to View Network Configurations on Your Station P1

 

The network configuration in ScreenCloudOS Recovery mode is important in showing which type of connection your Station P1, for example, whether your device is on a hidden network or broadest. The Network configuration also shows valuable information such as the number of interruptions or errors your internet may be experiencing.

 

5.1. Enter into "ScreenCloudOS Recovery" mode by following the steps in section 2.

 

5.2. By using your keyboard, locate the "Network Configuration" option and select "OK" by pressing enter on your keyboard.

Your Station P1 will display your network configuration shortly after like so:

5.3. To exit out of the Network Configuration option, select "OK" by pressing enter on your keyboard.

 

5.4. To exit "ScreenCloudOS Recovery" mode, select "Reboot" by pressing enter on your keyboard.
