This article will review and go through how to get started with using PartnerStack as your main partner platform with ScreenCloud for Digital Signage. Below are the most commonly frequently asked questions on the transition to using PartnerStack, what to expect using the platform, and information on our ScreenCloud Studio product.
Please note, PartnerStack is only supported and available for the ScreenCloud Studio platform. If you are still using ScreenCloud Signage (Legacy - 2015 Platform), you are both eligible and required to migrate to the new platform.
What is ScreenCloud Studio and how can I migrate?

Why is ScreenCloud partnering with PartnerStack?
PartnerStack allows us to manage all our partners & payments all from one system. We hope it will help empower our partners as we continue to work together.
How will this change impact me as a Partner?
To access PartnerStack & have access to everything you need to be an active partner for ScreenCloud you will need to be migrated over to our platform, Studio. ScreenCloud Studio is our latest platform which gives you access to all our latest features.
If you are already using Studio and want access to PartnerStack or would like to migrate to Studio to get access please email email@example.com.
PartnerStack gives all ScreenCloud partners access to their very own dashboard and reporting, allowing you to track and maximize your performance.
What will I need to do?
If you are using Studio:
You’ll get an invitation email from PartnerStack to log in and activate your account. From that email, you will be able to log in to your PartnerStack account where you’ll find your dashboard. You can find a guide on your PartnerStack portal here.
If you are using Signage:
You’ll need to be migrated over to the Studio platform before you can get access to PartnerStack. To do this just email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be in touch.
Please note: if you are an existing reseller & have customers using the Signage platform you will need to let them know about the upcoming change & that their account will also be migrated to the new Studio platform. You will need to inform them that they will receive an invitation email requesting them to log in to the new ScreenCloud Studio platform.
Who will use PartnerStack?
PartnerStack is for all ScreenCloud partners including:
- Strategic Partners
- Technical Partners
- Hardware Partners

When will you be launching & moving partners to PartnerStack?
We are planning to complete onboarding for our existing partners throughout April 2022.
We have contacted all existing partners to let them know about the upcoming changes. If you expected to & have not received this email or spoken to anyone regarding this change, please email email@example.com, and someone from the team will get back to you.
Can I continue to use the old ScreenCloud affiliates platform?
Unfortunately, no. Once we move to PartnerStack the old ScreenCloud affiliate platform will no longer be maintained. All partners who wish to continue partnering with ScreenCloud will need to move to PartnerStack.
Will I be able to see all my previous sales?
Unfortunately, no. Previous sales will not be able to be imported into PartnerStack, so only new sales will display in your PartnerStack account.
What is the Fee Structure Under the new Program?

Are you having trouble accessing your PartnerStack account?
If you’re experiencing an issue with PartnerStack access, please click here to help log in or reset your password. If you continue to have issues logging in please reach out to email@example.com.
Key things to note:
- Partners with Google-authenticated accounts must enable 3rd party cookies in their browser before clicking "Sign in with Google"
- If you use Google sign in but would like to switch to email and a password please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you have attempted to log in more than 6 times in a row, your account will automatically lock as a security precaution, please email email@example.com for support to unlock your account
