Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) And Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Login Support for Dashboards

by James Donaghy

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an electronic authentication method in which a user is granted access to a website or application only after successfully presenting two or more pieces of evidence to an authentication mechanism. Two-factor authentication (2FA) requires users to present two types of authentication, while MFA requires users to present at least two if not more types of authentication. All 2FA is an MFA, but not all MFA is a 2FA.

ScreenCloud's Dashboards currently supports a few 2FA logins, but we are continuously working to add support for more 2FA providers. If you wish to use our Dashboards feature and your organization requires a 2FA login to access that Dashboard, please contact us (see contact information below) with the Dashboard tool and the 2FA provider you wish to use.

Please see below the supported 2FA setups with Dashboards, where the links provided lead to our setup guides for each of the services.

To see a list of supported Dashboards, please see the article Which Dashboard tools does ScreenCloud Support?.
